Transferring tape to USB (storage devices) is probably the more versatile option. Many devices that allow you to directly plug and play from USB.

The higher storage capacity of USB storage devices means that you can transfer the contents of many tapes to one device. You can make multiple copies at no cost. Video files can easily be imported to video editing software where you can create movie montages to present in occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions. You can even upload video files to the internet (e.g YouTube) and share with your friends and family across the world.

dvd VHS to DVD / 8mm to DVD

Transferring tape to DVD (e.g. VHS to DVD) is the option many are comfortable with. Most people have DVD/Bluray players connected to a TV as a part of their living room entertainment setup. To watch a movie you need only to insert the DVD to the player. We can create DVDs with menus and chapters akin to those in movies, as well as customised disc labels with titles and background images.

The use of professional grade DVDs not only ensures that video quality is best as it can be, but the actual DVD will last as long as possible. We typically package each disc in a standard DVD case as it is considered to better protect the DVD. But if your preference is another form of packaging (e.g. disc sleeve) we can also accommodate.

DVD types - DVD-R (Default), DVD+R, DVD RW. Most DVD players generally can play all formats. Consult your manual if you are unsure.

MP4
